Movement & Wellness Holistic Manual Medicine to overcome the underlying causes of chronic pain and somatic dysfunction.

I am a qualified Osteopathic Manual Therapist and certified Functional Movement Specialist. It is my passion to help people overcome the causes of chronic pain and recurring injury, and in the process optimize well-being and improve functionality or sports performance.

As Osteopathic Manual Therapist I provide holistic manual medicine to treat neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders or somatic dysfunction. I do this by removing restrictions of the musculoskeletal, vascular, neurological, cranial or visceral systems, that were impeding on the body's ability to heal/recover, and fascilitate restoration of functional balance.

As Movement Specialist I'm trained in the use of the FMS and the SFMA to identify dysfunctional or asymmetrical movement patterns, which are underlying to the development of chronic pain and an increased risk of injury. I then use specialised corrective exercise, integrated with the manual therapy I do, to help patients develop better movement patterns to ensure sustainable functionality or sports performance.
