Anja Pollard Creative Arts Therapist I am a HPCSA certified Arts therapist (specialisation in Music) and Guided Imagery and Music Fellow

My aim is to support clients in their journey of becoming resilient and fulfilled human beings. The practice provides a safe, comfortable space where clients can debrief, problem-solve, learn, and be supported with the help of creative methods. No musical skills or training is required for clients to benefit from creative arts therapy.

I’m thankful and honoured to join the ’s 2025 New Member Class—an inspiring global community of creators and professionals who are shaping the future of music.

As a member, I now have a voice in the GRAMMY Awards process and a platform to advocate for our industry, support my peers, and grow as a musician and music therapist with a special interest in mental wellness.
