✨Our breath is always with us - a quiet companion, a living language. ✨

In this in-person group session, we’ll take a mindful pause together to reconnect with the simple yet profound gift of conscious breath.

We’ll explore how breath can ease the weight of stress, nourish the nervous system, and help us remember what it feels like to simply be and breathe.

This workshop is not only about breath - it’s also about embracing life with presence, self-compassion, and heart-centered resilience.

• A kaleidoscope of Centering Practices
• Introduction to basic Breathwork Principles and my approach to conscious breathing
• Gentle Movement and light stretches to prepare the body for deeper, more easeful breathing
• Four guided conscious breathing practices:
– Breath Awareness Practice
– Energizing Breath Practice
– Calming Breath Practice
– Balancing / Integrating Breath Practice
• A Restorative Somatic Practice to close
