To my teachers,
Thank you for illuminating the path of awareness, discipline, and devotion.
This journey through Nepal wasn’t just a training, it was a calling to return home to myself.
Honoring the sacred exchange of wisdom, energy, and love that continues to ripple through my being.🪷✨
Over the past few weeks, I immersed myself in the ancient practices of Astanga Yoga, Meditation, Asana, Pranayama, and Vedic Sound Healing.
Here’s what being a student once again taught me:
✨Openness is where true learning begins.
It’s easy to attend for the sake of doing, but transformation happens when you arrive open heart, mind, and soul. Real learning comes from within.
✨Teaching isn’t about right or wrong.
It’s about guiding with empathy, creating safe spaces for uncertainty, and walking alongside others on their path of discovery.
✨Being a student requires surrender.
Letting go of ego, expectations, and needing to know this humility allows real growth to take root.
✨Unlearning is as sacred as learning.
To evolve, we must first release what no longer serves.
✨Intentionality is devotion in action.
It’s not just about showing up, it’s about showing up fully for yourself, with presence and purpose.
Nepal reminded me of the importance of stillness, simplicity, and being grounded in practice. I return home with immense gratitude not only for what I’ve learned, but for who I’ve become through the process.
As I continue this path with JustBe Studios, I carry forward these teachings blending ancient wisdom with modern awareness to help others reconnect with their true essence.
HarOM✨🙏🏼🕉️
