Eight years ago, I began a quiet journey… one that I didn’t fully understand at the time. It wasn’t loud or defined just a gentle pull inward.
For years, my practice was simple. I showed up, I breathed, I explored stillness. Meditation became my doorway, just about three years ago… a space where I could meet myself beyond the noise.
But something shifted in October 2025.
In Nepal, I stepped into my yogi teacher training, studying Ashtanga yoga and for the first time, I truly met my body. Not just as something to move, but as something to listen to, to honor, to feel.
The energy there… it’s hard to put into words. It was alive. It was activating. It was remembering.
Over the past five years, I’ve been guided across the world to . Each place didn’t just offer experiences… they held mirrors. Pieces of me I had forgotten. Truths I was ready to reclaim.
This path has never been about becoming someone new.
It’s been about remembering who I’ve always been.
And the journey continues…
Later this year, I’m being called to Sri Lanka and South India to walk the lands of my ancestors, to deepen my connection, to listen even more closely.
This is more than travel, this is remembrance.
A yogi’s path isn’t a destination… it’s a return.
