Human error isn’t a bug; it’s the feature.
We spend so much time chasing a version of “perfect” that doesn’t actually exist. We filter our photos, hide our mistakes, and fear every stumble.
But there’s a different way to look at it. A few years ago I came across the Japanese concept of Wabi-sabi. It teaches us that nothing is finished, nothing is perfect, and beauty actually lives in the “flaws.”
In the art of Kintsugi, a broken pot is repaired with gold lacquer. The breakage isn’t hidden it’s illuminated.
Maybe our own “cracks” our mistakes and our human errors are actually where our true character shines brightest.
They are the stories that make us who we are.
