On this day 1 , 09/03/2026 : I and my family we embarked a journey to Cap Point to explore the Historic Cape Point, located at the tip of Cape Peninsula or in Cape Town South Africa. It is a landmark defined by its dramatic maritime history and role in global exploration.
1488 Discovery. Portuguese explorer Bartolomeu Dias was the first European to round the point , naming it Cape Point of Storms due to the treacherous weather.

Also, not that this is where Atlantic and Indian Ocean meet and that's where African continent ends.

Day 2 update: we will be visiting Table Mountain and Lion Heard Mountain.
