We are a walk-in, normal and urgent care medical practice with the best doctors in Pretoria! We require no appointment and are open seven days a week.

Mon – Fri: 9am to 5:30pm
Sat: 9am to 3pm
Sun/Public Holidays: 9am – 1pm

No extra fees are payable, even on weekends and public holidays.

Summertime is the season of outdoor activities, the beach and… heat rash.

This harmless but very itchy rash is caused by a blockage and inflammation of your sweat ducts, which can be made worse by a combination of high humidity and heat.

If you find yourself in the itchy grips of heat rash, here are some things you can try:
• Avoid sweating by staying in an air-conditioned room or near a fan.
• Keep your skin dry.
• Try to wear loose cotton clothing.
• Take a short, cool bath or shower.
