So thrilled to be part of our last segment of TB awareness month with UNISA.

Held under the theme “Yes! You and I Can End TB,” the commemoration highlights Gauteng’s continued efforts to strengthen TB prevention, early diagnosis, treatment adherence, and community‑centred support systems.

The event reaffirms the shared responsibility between government, civil society, communities, and partners in the fight to eliminate TB and improve health outcomes across the province.

World Bipolar Day is an opportunity to move beyond surface-level awareness and toward something more meaningful: understanding, compassion, and real support. People living with bipolar disorder deserve to be met with accurate information, less stigma, and communities that know how to show up with care. Awareness matters, but support is what helps people feel seen, respected, and less alone.

At Men Collective SA , we pause with deep gratitude.

To every partner, collaborator, facilitator, supporter, volunteer and community member who has walked with us so far 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔. Your belief, trust and shared commitment to mental wellbeing have helped us plant seeds of healing, safety and resilience where it truly matters.

This work has never been about doing it alone. It has always been about collective care.

As we 2026 progresses , we are intentionally opening our doors wider.

We are open to:
• Strategic collaborations
• Purpose-driven partnerships
• Sponsors and funding partners
• Institutions and individuals aligned with trauma-informed, preventative and community-centred mental health work

Our vision is clear: to continue building spaces that support emotional regulation, psychological safety and long-term wellbeing especially for children, adolescents and communities often underserved.

If you believe in mental health as a foundation (not an afterthought),
if you value impact over optics and if collaboration feels aligned—we would love to connect.

Just because today is tough doesn’t mean your whole story is. 💚Bad days happen - but they don’t define you. Take a deep breath, give yourself grace, and keep going. You’ve survived your hardest days before - you’ll get through this too.

Building a mentally healthy culture within the workplace is not just important, it’s essential for everyone’s overall well-being.

I facilitate the series of powerful sessions for focusing on:

🔹 Recognizing the signs of burnout and fatigue
🔹 Exploring practical strategies for managing stress
🔹 Addressing mental health in the workplace
🔹 Understanding how childhood trauma can manifest in adulthood and within professional environments

Through these open and intentional conversations, I helping to foster a culture where support, communication and self-care are not just encouraged but woven into the fabric of everyday work life.

When we prioritize mental wellness, we don’t just prevent burnout, we nurture resilience, deepen connection and build long-term sustainability within teams.

Let’s continue to create safe, empowering spaces where individuals can thrive, mentally, emotionally and professionally.
