Are you currently taking ARVs or other chronic medications? Here are the good GOOD NEWS! 📢✨

You can safely take TB treatment and your chronic medication at the same time. Managing a condition like HIV doesn't mean you can't defeat TB. In fact, starting TB treatment early helps you recover faster and makes managing your other health conditions much easier. A TB diagnosis doesn't change who you are - it's just a hurdle you can overcome.

Thousands of South Africans successfully manage TB and HIV treatment together every day to become healthy TB survivors. Take control of your health journey:
✅ Test early to find out your status.
✅ Start treatment immediately if you test positive.
✅ Stay on track with all your medications to finish strong. You are a champion for your health. Let’s beat TB together! 💪

🤍 𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗚𝗡𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗦.

Down syndrome is not a tragedy it’s simply a different way of experiencing life.

It happens when a person is born with an extra copy of chromosome 21, which may influence how they learn, grow and communicate.

But beyond the science… there is a human story.

People with Down syndrome feel love, joy, fear, excitement and connection just like anyone else. They build relationships, chase dreams and bring light into the lives around them. ✨

Mental health awareness begins with understanding.
When we replace assumptions with knowledge, we create space for empathy, acceptance and dignity.

Let’s choose compassion over judgment always. 💛

Sexual assault affects more than the body,it impacts the mind, identity, and sense of safety.💚

After such an experience, self-introspection can bring up painful and confusing questions. Many survivors find themselves trying to make sense of what happened, questioning their reactions, or even blaming themselves.

But introspection should be rooted in compassion, not self-blame.

When guided gently, it can help survivors understand their emotions, reclaim their voice, and begin to rebuild a sense of control. Healing ❤️‍🩹is not about having all the answers ,it’s about giving yourself the space to feel, reflect, and grow at your own pace.

The responsibility for sexual assault always lies with the perpetrator.

To survivors: be patient and kind to yourself. Your healing is valid, and your story does not end here.

Attending TUT student's sexual reproductive health seminar 2026.

Student's sexual reproductive health services are so crucial services for well-being and academic success of students. We are addressing challenges like high and unintended pregnancy rate is very high in higher education sector.

We offered services HTS , new lenacapivir injection 💉, VMCC and condom education was offered. I was so personally pleased to see young men getting involved with their male sexual reproductive health issues.

Neuroscience shows that academic success isnt only driven by intellectual support alone. Optimal learning, performance and decision-making depends on a holistically approach that includes mental health, emotional regulation, physical well-being and social support systems.

Thanks to TUT main campus for affording students time off away from lecturing halls. This was an absolutely amazing interactions and impactful sessions to our students. Thanks to all stakeholders involved especially those donated sanitary pads to our girls ❤️.

I enjoyed every moment of it ☺️.
