Body and Soul Bootcamp Body and Soul promotes and sustains healthier lifestyles to individuals by introducing fitness and dietary improvements to enhance overall health.

My passion is empowering women to start believing in themselves again while physically challenging them with basic body weight exercises and creating healthy eating habits. Our ladies boot camp in Pretoria has both mental and physical benefits. This is guaranteed a group where everyone fits in and you can reach your weight loss goals, blow off steam and simply enjoying some 'me time'.
