Matric results can feel like the most important moment of your life — but let me say this clearly: your results do not define you. Whether you passed with distinctions or did not get what you hoped for, this is not the end of the world. A lower mark, a supplementary exam, or even rewriting doesn’t close doors, it opens different doors. Many successful people discovered their path only after a setback. If you’re unsure what to do next, reach out for career guidance. There are many options: TVET colleges, vocational courses, internships, bridging programs and alternative pathways. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Don’t sit with the disappointment by yourself. Join a debriefing session around what you’re feeling, talking about it helps you make sense of it and plan your next steps with clarity. You’ll deliver therapy, assessments, psychoeducation, digital content, and community / corporate / school engagements across Psychinc’s diverse footprint. This role suits a psychologist eager to grow quickly and work with a business-owner mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Provide therapy (individual, couples, family, groups)

Conduct assessments & maintain ethical clinical records

Create digital psychoeducation & represent Psychinc on media platforms

Work across multiple settings (clinics, corporates, schools, churches, hospitals)

Travel nationally as needed

Contribute to practice growth, innovation & programme development

Integrate Christian values in professional conduct and client-centred practice

🔹 Minimum Requirements

✔ HPCSA-registered Psychologist (Counselling/Clinical/Educational)
✔ 0–3 years’ post-internship experience
✔ Own transport & able to work after hours
✔ Comfortable with digital tools & digital content creation
✔ Police clearance
✔ Alignment with Christ-centred values

Advantageous: digital content experience, community/corporate wellness interest, entrepreneurial mindset.
