Symptoms of Lupus:

Patients with Lupus often present with more than 1 symptom, some are more common than others. They differ per patient 🦋

They can range from mild to life threatening.

Cold temperatures enhance pain sensitivity and slow blood circulation therefore causing muscle spasms. This doesn't necessarily affect lupus patients but generally anyone with any type of joint pain or disease.

From time to time I struggle with general body stiffness which affects all the joints in my body, so the past few days have been a bit tough for me.

We will unpack this more in the next session where I will let you in on my journey ❤️
