Crash diets don't work! So, we have developed an approach that addresses all the main factors behind your weight gain that we can work through together - at your pace.
If you adhere strictly to our Quick Loss Eating Plan, you can expect;
Blood Tests:
We must insist that you to go for blood tests first to measure: glucose, cholesterol, thyroid, kidney and liver function, and chemistry functions.
To identify any pre-existing medical conditions within the body that may be affected by food. e.g. Diabetes, high cholesterol, gout.
To ensure that there is no pre-existing condition that may affect your weight loss, or may be contributing to the problem e.g. Thyroid malfunction.
To ensure that you do not have a potentially serious condition that may be worsened by any type of Eating Plan. e.g. Kidney failure (renal insufficiency or failure).
Nearly 35% of all SureSlim clients have some or other abnormality or aliment that either requires regular monitoring or medical attention. Should your blood test results reflect any abnormalities, we will immediately refer you back to your medical practitioner for treatment before starting your plan.
These can be done at any pathologist and then emailed to us. Many medical aids cover these kinds of tests, so be sure to ask yours.

Pre-Plan
Don’t think you will start losing only once you receive your plan… as we start working on your habits and the SureSlim guidelines from the moment that you sign up.
We start by asking you to complete a lifestyle questionnaire and food diary as everybody is different and has different every day challenges. It’s very important for us to get to know who you are.
We will then move on to goal setting, habit reform and nutritional information.
Expect to lose 2kg to 4kg before you even start your plan simply by following our guidelines and changing your habits!
Cooaching
We then start you on your plan… and this is where our support structure and coaching play a tremendous role in your weight loss journey. We will address any challenges that you are facing and answer any questions that you might have.
The first week on the plan is hard but by the next week you will feel on top of the world! Expect your cravings for sugar and salty snacks to stop. Your sleep will improve, and you will wake up energised ready to face each day. Your mood and energy levels will soar!
Maintenance
Once you have achieved your goal weight you will move on to the last phase of your journey which is learning how to maintain it. This is also a very important phase as we teach you how to stay at your goal weight.
