Don’t feel guilty about eating all those Valentine’s chocolates. When it comes to living a healthy life, it’s important to remember that deprivation is not sustainable.

An unhealthy snack every now and then will not result in bad health, it helps you to cultivate a positive relationship with food.

A 90:10 percent rule is a good structure to put in place when it comes to unhealthy snacks and treats. If you eat healthy 90% of the time, you can eat whatever your heart desires the other 10%.
