Hey Guys!

Here is a Quick Workout for the Rear ends! 😆🤣 Lets hope you weren't one of those who took the reason to sit your ass flat seriously... Even in Lockdown you can still have perfect Peaches! 🍑

Heres a Circuit with 6 exercises - Do 5 rounds non stop 20 reps of each exercise

Triple dip Jump Squat -20
Incline Glute Kick back - 20 per side
Incline Fire Hydrant - 20 per side
Squat with Hip adduction - 20 adductions per side
Single Leg Pelvic Thrust - 20 per side
Squat and Plie Combo - 20 Combos

And remember... Always - ASS to the Grass Baby!
