Body conditioning: Balancing the responsibilities and demands of your daily life with a special exercise program that will enable your body to keep up and stay in shape.

Is your body ready for daily activities or your sport? With a strong foundation, you can maintain your body’s condition throughout your life.

The foundation mixture to ensure a healthy condition in your body is alignment, stabilization, mobilization, flexibility and nutrition. Once you have achieved this goal, it is time to move onto the next goal – the structural pillars. You can not build pillars if the foundation is not solid. The pillars consist of strength, agility, endurance and power.

Remember that heavy lifting of weights are not always the answer to strength. Strength can be obtained with a combined program of weight lifting and resistance work. Running is not always the answer to cardiovascular fitness. This can be obtained with a combined exercise program of own body weight and plyometric exercise. Your power can be a combination of strength and endurance exercises.

What can give you more body condition than your own body weight exercise program? You do no walk around daily pulling machines and dumbbells with you on your daily activities? Get your body in shape for real life and not just for the inside of the gym.
