Fuel your day the smart way! Did you know you can turn your RealFit Breakfast Combo ingredients into a high-protein, low-calorie, no-bake snack?

These bars are perfect for pre- or post-workout, or an easy mid-day energy boost. They are packed with fiber, healthy fats, and a massive protein hit!

No-Bake Recipe (Yields 6 Bars)
What You'll Need:
From the RealFit Combo:
1. Rolled Oats: 1/2 cup (40g)
2. Chopped Peanuts: 1/4 cup (30g)
3. Sunflower Seeds: 2 Tbsp (18g)
4. Chia Seeds: 1 Tbsp (12g)
5. Dried Cranberries: 2 Tbsp (20g)

Other Ingredients:
1. Protein Powder (Vanilla/Unflavored): 1 cup (approx. 120g)
2. Natural Peanut Butter: 1/4 cup (64g)
3.Unsweetened Almond Milk: 1/4 cup (60ml)
4.Liquid Sweetener (Syrup/Stevia): 1-2 Tbsp (to taste)

Directions:
Combine Dry: Mix the oats, peanuts, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder in a large bowl.
Combine Wet: In a separate bowl, microwave the peanut butter and sweetener for 20 seconds until soft and stirrable.
Mix & Bind: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Add the almond milk slowly, stirring until a thick, uniform dough forms that sticks together.
Fold: Stir in the dried cranberries.
Press: Press the mixture very firmly into an 8×4 inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
