Yesterday, we gave some tips on making your long flight more comfortable. Today we are looking at road trips.
Road trips create wonderful memories and is a great way to see more of our beautiful country.
Unfortunately, road trips also mean sitting for long stretches.
Here are our road trip tips:
1. Pack healthy snacks, food and drinks to keep your blood sugar stable.
2. Make frequent stops to stretch your legs to prevent swelling.
3. Plan overnight accommodation to ensure you get enough sleep.
