I qualified from the Body Stress Release Academy SA in September 2009, and since 8 August 2025, I have been practicing independently from the Body Stress Release Voluntary Association. This next chapter is an exciting time of growth and renewal — continuing the same heart-based work I’ve offered for over 16 years, with an even deeper focus on the body’s natural ability to restore balance and self-healing. 🌿
