Welcome to 2026 - a new chapter, a clean page, and a fresh opportunity to take care of you.

As a dietitian, I want to remind you that health is not about perfection, restriction, or starting over every Monday. It’s about progress, consistency, and learning how to nourish your body in a way that fits your real life.

This year, let’s focus on:
🍓Eating to fuel, not punish
🍓Building meals that support energy, strength, and metabolic health.
🍓Creating habits that are sustainable, not exhausting
🍓Choosing balance over extremes - most of the time

2026 is not about chasing quick fixes or comparing your journey to anyone else’s. It’s about small, intentional choices repeated daily; drinking more water, prioritising protein and fibre, moving your body with purpose, and giving yourself grace when life gets busy.

Remember:
🍓One healthy meal does not make you “good”
🍓One indulgent meal does not make you “fail”
🍓Your body responds to what you do most often, not what you do occasionally.
