Visit your nearest community clinic or district hospital to request a mental health referral. Many universities and hospitals also offer walk-in psychological support services. Private facilities like Akeso, Netcare, and Mediclinic provide both inpatient and outpatient mental health programmes.

“As Port Elizabeth Provincial Hospital pharmacist interns we have decided to celebrate pharmacy month during the first week of September. We invited guest speakers from various companies to share their insights. A huge thank you to Marne Oosthuizen from Fresenius for kicking off our celebration on the 1st of September with an engaging session. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and come together as a team.”
