CALCIUM - Important Notification :
Take Calcium at night together with Magnesium. Do REMEMBER - Calcium will not absorb into your system should you have a MAGNESIUM SHORTAGE.

Consult with your Doctor- To prescribe the correct dosage of both to use.

ALSO - Do not take Calcium and Vit C together - It cancels each other.

Vit C in the morning
