Celebrating 10 Years of Care!

Today we pause with grateful hearts to celebrate 10 years since our practice first opened its doors. What began as a leap of faith — in a tiny room, with limited resources but big dreams — has grown into a place of healing, trust and connection. This journey has never been about bricks and mortar alone, but about people, stories and shared moments of care.

Van die heel eerste dag af het ons geleer dat groei nie sonder vrees kom nie. Daar was onsekerheid, harde werk, lang ure en moeilike besluite. Tog het elke stap ons nader gebring aan iets groter as onsself — ’n roeping om met deernis te dien en getrou te bly aan waarom ons begin het.

Along the way, the practice evolved — expanding, adapting and sometimes rebuilding — each change carrying its own growing pains. Yet at every turn, we were carried by the patience, kindness and loyalty of our patients and by colleagues and staff who gave their very best, day after day.

Ons weet vandag: niks van hierdie reis was vanselfsprekend nie. Elke deur wat oopgegaan het, elke uitdaging wat oorkom is, elke pasiënt — dit alles was nét genade.

Ons is diep dankbaar vir elke handdruk, elke glimlag, elke woord van aanmoediging. Elke gebed.

Ten years on, we look back with humility and forward with hope. We remain committed to walking this road with you — listening, caring and serving with integrity.

The work continues, the calling remains and the privilege of being part of your lives is something we never take lightly.

Time turns the page. Hope writes the next line. – A Message to Our Community

As 2025 draws to a close, we would like to pause and sincerely thank each and every one of our patients and families in our community for allowing us to be part of your lives this past year.

It has been a year filled with many challenges, milestones, healing, hope and human connection.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us—not only in moments of illness, but also in moments of growth, prevention and care. Walking alongside you through the seasons of life remains a privilege we never take for granted.

Ontmoet ons nuwe dokter:

Welkom aan Dr. Chamonix Jansen van Vuuren.
Ons is trots en opgewonde om vir Dr. Chamonix Jansen van Vuuren as deel van ons span te verwelkom.

Sy het groot geword in Montana en is ñ oud Montie waar sy ook onderhoofmeise was en matrikuleer aan die Hoërskool Montana met 7 onderskeidings.

Sy het haar MBChB-graad cm laude aan die Universiteit van Pretoria behaal. In haar finale jaar verwerf sy ook die Nestlé prys vir die beste student in pediatrie. Sy verwerf ook "The Golden Key" ere toekenning. Sy het beide haar internskap en gemeenskapsdiens by Kalafong Tersiêre Hospitaal in Pretoria voltooi.

Nagraads vewerf sy later haar Diploma in Noodgeneeskunde.

Daarna het sy waardevolle ervaring opgedoen as ’n locum-dokter by verskeie privaat praktyke.

Buite die spreekkamer is sy ’n talentvolle musikant wat gereëld optredes doen en is sy aktief betrokke by haar kerk se orkes. Sy geniet dit om tyd saam met haar familie en vriende in die bosveld deur te bring – iets wat haar help om balans en rustigheid te handhaaf.

Dr. Jansen van Vuuren sien uit daarna om hierdie nuwe seisoen by ons praktyk aan te pak en elke pasiënt met empatie en begrip te ontmoet.

Sy is reeds vanaf 01 Augustus beskikbaar vir afsprake by ons praktyk geleë in Montana by Medical Junction Montana.
