Du Preez Physiotherapists Du Preez Physiotherapists is a well established physiotherapy practice situated in Moreletapark, Pretoria-East.

We see a variety of patients, including sports injuries, respiratory problems, pain management, general injuries, ergonomic injuries, back related issues, peripheral injuries etc. No injury is too big or small for us to help you with. We send the bills straight to the medical aid, which means less admin for our patients. If you work and can not come within office hours, do not worry, just phone us and we can give you an appointment for the early morning/evening.

Foods That Boost Heart Health
1. Oats – insoluble & soluble fibre.
2. Nuts – high in unsaturated fats.
3. Avocado – high in Omega-3 fatty acids.
4. Berries – boost the soluble fibre by adding for example
blueberries in your cereal.
Some other fruits and vegetables like oranges, broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, carrots and papaya are all rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin E, potassium, folate and fibre which is really good for the heart.
