We offer a heart-centred fusion of TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release), Reiki, breathwork, meditation & Yin Yoga — each modality gently supports emotional release, regulates the nervous system & reconnects you with your inner calm.

04/03/2026

This 45-minute session is designed to help you clear stagnant energy, soften emotional heaviness and return to a grounded sense of self.

It is a quiet pause from the noise — a space to reset your nervous system and reconnect with your inner steadiness.

During your session we will move through:
*Foot Soak Ritual
We begin with a warm, mineral foot soak to draw energy downward and reconnect you to the earth. As your body softens, you’re invited to slow your breath and gently settle into the present moment.

*Breathing Practice
A guided breath sequence to regulate the nervous system and create space within. The breath becomes the bridge between holding and letting go.

*Smudge Stick Cleanse
Using sacred smoke, your energetic field is gently cleansed and refreshed. This ritual supports the release of tension, emotional residue, and lingering heaviness.

*Sound for Healing
Subtle sound elements will be woven through the session, allowing vibration to move through the body — calming, clearing, integrating.

*Herbal Tea Integration
We close with a warm cup of herbal tea, allowing time for reflection and grounding.

This session is ideal if you are feeling energetically overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of a mindful reset.

When we experience stress, injury, emotional overwhelm, or long periods of tension, fascia can tighten & become restricted. Unlike muscles, it doesn’t always relax just because we stretch or rest.

Over time, this can feel like:
• Persistent tightness
• A sense of heaviness or “stuckness”
• Reduced mobility
• A body that feels braced, even when you’re trying to relax

Fascia release massage uses slow, sustained, intuitive pressure to gently soften these restrictions. It’s not about forcing the tissue — it’s about allowing it to unwind.

Because fascia is deeply connected to the nervous system, many clients notice:
• Deep relaxation
• Emotional shifts
• Improved breathing
• A feeling of spaciousness in the body

This work supports your nervous system in moving from stress &!protection into safety & ease.

It’s especially supportive if you:
• Feel tight despite stretching or yoga
• Carry stress in your hips, jaw, or shoulders
• Have experienced chronic stress or emotional strain
• Want to feel more at home in your body

Fascia release isn’t just physical bodywork — it’s a way of gently inviting your system back into flow.

Monthly First Sunday Event – 1 March

Theme: Sacred Pause
9:30 – 11:30 | R 450 per person. Limited to
10 attendees.

This month is extra special.
We’ll spend two full hours together journeying through:
• Cacao Ritual
• TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing
Exercises)
• Yin Yoga
• Yoga Nidra (guided talking meditation)

What is Sacred Pause?
In a world that constantly asks us to move
faster, achieve more & do better, a sacred
pause is a conscious choice to stop.

To breathe.
To feel.
To listen.

It’s the space between stimulus & response. The still point where your nervous system can reset.

The moment you return to your body & remember that healing doesn’t happen in the
rush — it happens in presence.

This gathering is an opportunity to
intentionally slow down, regulate, reconnect,
& realign with what truly matters.

Attended the most beautiful sound journey here in Bangkok .studio.bkk

It was my husband’s first experience… & afterwards he said, “I didn’t really feel anything.”

My response - “That’s completely normal”.

Sound journeys work subtly. The vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs & chimes interact with the body on a nervous system level.

Even if you don’t feel waves of emotion, see colours, or have a big release, your body is still responding.

Sound works through resonance & frequency. The vibrations travel through water & since our bodies are mostly water — they gently influence brainwave states, often guiding us from busy beta (thinking mind) into slower alpha or theta states (deep relaxation & repair).

Sometimes the experience feels expansive & emotional.
Sometimes it feels like “nothing.”

But “nothing” can actually mean:
– The nervous system felt safe enough not to react dramatically.
– The mind stayed active & analytical (very common for first-timers).
– The body is processing in a quieter, more gradual way.

Not every healing experience is fireworks. Some are whispers.

The beauty of sound is that it meets you exactly where you are. No forcing. No performing. Just vibration doing its quiet work beneath the surface.

There’s something magical about splashing in the ocean at night, surrounded by glowing plankton & feeling your inner child come alive.

Laughing. Running. Kicking the water & watching it light up like stars beneath your feet.

And sharing it with your person — the one who laughs with you, runs with you & lets go of the world for a moment too.

No roles. No responsibilities. Just salt on your skin, glowing water around you & pure, unfiltered joy.

Maybe healing isn’t always quiet & serious.
Maybe sometimes it’s remembering how to play… together.

Meditating by the ocean at sunrise makes it easier to find stillness.

Before the day begins, everything feels quieter. The steady sound of the waves helps slow the breath & calm the mind. Sitting there, you don’t have to try so hard — your body naturally settles.

As the sun rises, there’s a simple reminder that each day is a new start. The ocean’s rhythm supports you in letting thoughts come & go without holding onto them.

Sunrise on the beach feels like a quiet exhale from the earth.

The world hasn’t rushed in yet.

The tide moves in gentle rhythm, like breath.

Soft light stretches across the water, reminding you that every day begins slowly… tenderly… with possibility.

Thank you to everyone who joined for Gentle Release & Deep Connection this morning.

It was an honour to hold space for your presence, your breath, your vulnerability & your willingness to soften.

Moments like these remind me how powerful it is to slow down, listen inward & allow the body to release what it’s been carrying—gently, safely, in connection.

If you missed this one or feel called to return, the next Gentle Release & Deep Connection will take place on 1 March.

I would love to welcome you into this nurturing space once again.

Sharing a TRE® session with a loved one can be surprisingly powerful — not just for the body, but for your connection too.

Here’s why it’s so beneficial:
* Regulates the nervous system together
TRE®️ helps release stored tension & stress. Doing this side-by-side creates a shared sense of safety & calm, allowing both nervous systems to settle & co-regulate.

* Builds emotional intimacy without words
TRE®️ doesn’t require talking or fixing. Being present with one another during a vulnerable, embodied experience can deepen trust & closeness naturally.

* Creates a safe container for release
When you release in the presence of someone you trust, the body learns that it’s safe to let go & that safety can strengthen your bond.

* Reduces stress patterns in relationships
As tension leaves the body, reactions soften. Many people notice more patience, clearer communication & fewer trigger-based responses with their partner or loved one.

*Encourages empathy & understanding
Witnessing each other’s process fosters compassion. You begin to understand one another beyond words or stories — at a nervous-system level.

*Supports collective healing
Healing doesn’t have to be a solo journey. Releasing together can feel grounding, connective & deeply human.
