MoTsha Change In Motion Raising a different kind of breed, in our youth!

Empowering youngsters from diverse backgrounds to step up as leaders in their schools, communities, and society. We will do this through inter-generational Mentor-ships and creative programs that equip them with the confidence, resiliency, and leadership skills needed to achieve their goals. We will be shifting the employee mind-set to having an employer or entrepreneurial mind-set in our Youth at large. This is an organisation that is going to identify, guide, coach, nurture, and expose what’s within each and every individual, globally, in order to conquer this world!

Opportunities like these remind us of the importance of exposing young girls to leadership spaces — where decisions are made and voices shape the future. 💪🏾👩🏾‍🎓

When girls are given the chance to step into these environments, they gain:
