Mbono Corporate Wellness (MCW) is a wellness consultancy established in 2009 by a Family Therapist who boasts a wealth of counselling experience, having worked as a Social Worker for more than 15 years. It is the company's commitment to provide an enabling environment for the corporates to perform and develop their businesses and thus becoming employers of choice.

Our organization comprises a combination of associate partners with a brilliant track record in the field of Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).

Our business activities are coordinated from our office which is based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This strategic location provides the company with an opportunity to be in the hub of its primary target client – the corporates.
