The safety standards established by regulatory agencies are all based around protecting people from the “thermal effects” of electromagnetic radiation.

So if your cell phone isn’t literally cooking your brain, it’s safe!
For the sake of argument, let’s assume that these standards are sufficient. That they ensure your cell phone isn’t emitting enough radiation to harm you and your loved ones.
Here’s the problem. Even if these limits were safe, they are designed to provide safety from exposures from a single source at a single time.
In other words, these limits are designed to protect you in circumstances that never exist. Living in today’s world, we’re never exposed to a single source of EMF radiation. Never.
