Mind Body Evolve | Studio Schedule 16–22 February
Hello everyone,
A brand-new week of movement, strength and serenity awaits at Mind Body Evolve! Join us from 16–22 February for a diverse lineup of classes designed to support every body and every level.
This week’s classes include:
• Pilates Mat – Core-focused mat work to build strength, stability and posture.
• Yoga Align – Slow, hatha-based yoga to refine technique and prevent injury.
• Yoga for All – A welcoming class suitable for all levels, building strength and flexibility.
• Tai Chi – Gentle, flowing movements to improve balance, coordination and calm.
• Stretch for Seniors – Safe, supported mobility work to enhance flexibility and joint health.
• Sound Bath – Deep relaxation using crystal singing bowls and guided breathing.
• Yoga Flow – A dynamic, breath-led sequence to build heat, strength and flow.
• Ladies’ Yoga – Supportive yoga tailored to women’s strength, mobility and pre- and postnatal health.
• Yoga/Pilates Hybrid – The best of both worlds: core strength meets mindful movement.
• Functional Training – Strength and conditioning to support everyday movement and longevity.
