Long week? Let’s stretch it out with Dr Lize-Mari Erasmus. Chest stretches are so important to combat stress on the body due to computer work, technology, holding our babies and poor posture. Remember - there is no single stretch that is a cure all, but if we have cleared you to perform this stretch, we highly recommend it as PART OF a balanced exercise program. We encourage you to invest in yourself and stretch it out more regularly 🙌 🧘‍♂️

As Dr. Michelle Cloete has started a family, this change allows us to continue providing thoughtful, attentive care for you and your family — while still taking care of hers.
Our practice will now be located at:

Situated between Fairland and Northcliff
This location is just a short 12 minute drive from our previous practice and allows us to continue serving our wonderful community in a calm and welcoming space.

Dr Michelle Cloete has just officially completed her PAEDIATRIC SOT Certification. What a privilege to receive extra tools in the toolbox 🧰 that will serve our community for generations to come.

This course has set Beech Tree Chiropractic a Bumps and Baby Chiropractors up to help babies, toddlers, children and adults manage their nervous system more effectively to reach their full and unhindered potential.

To our patients. Dr Cloete is looking forward to implementing these tools as soon as she is back from maternity leave…but for now, she will be investing this knowledge into her own family and facilitate the development of baby Elana’s neural system.
