Phil Heath said Kai Greene might be one of the thickest, most muscle-dense bodybuilders the sport has ever produced — yes, even when you put him next to Ronnie Coleman. Kai was shorter, yet almost matched Ronnie’s weight, which made his density look even crazier. His physique had deep cuts, heavy muscle volume, and separation that didn’t look real. And when he pulled his elbows back and hit his trademark shots, that lower-back Christmas tree and those striated lats looked absolutely wild.

He wasn’t perfect — Phil pointed out that Kai’s chest never had the same depth as Ronnie’s, and his shoulders didn’t dominate the same way. That’s where Ronnie stayed ahead. But when it comes to pure density, Kai brought a level of thickness that can stand with anyone.

People always bring up Dorian Yates in density discussions, but imagine Dorian and Kai standing side by side. With Kai’s giant quads, hanging hamstrings, and off-season size where even 3XL pants looked tight, the level of muscle he carried was just unreal.
