We will guide you through experiential learning to master difficulties, empower you to grow emotionally, help you find your life purpose and build resilience by guiding you in your discovery of the unique components of your mental well-being. Occupational Therapists put the FUN back in FUNction. Activities are at the core of occupational therapy – At Jonas Occupational Therapists we make use of different forms of activities to enable clients to learn, practice and master new skills. We create opportunities where people can learn about themselves as well as explore new ways of dealing and coping in the future. We use the Demartini Method (R), Yalom's prinicples and other modalities to move people from stuck to unstuck.

Sometimes the cold months hit harder than we expect: Our bodies ache more, getting out of bed feels tougher, and the shorter days can weigh heavy on our hearts.
