Marlin McKay (MARAISBURG FAMILY FELLOWSHIP)
π Reading from the Book of Acts 10:1
Acts 10 reminds us that the Gospel is not meant to be performed for display, but lived out in obedience, humility, and genuine love for people. Cornelius was a man who feared God, gave generously, and prayed continually β his faith was visible through his actions, not for show, but from the heart.
This scripture challenges us as Christians:
Do we go out to truly preach the Gospel through our lives, or do we do it only for appearance? Acts 10:1 calls us to be intentional, sincere, and faithful in how we serve God and people.
With hearts full of gratitude, we say thank you to Pastor Marlin McKay and First Lady Shanon McKay of Oupie PDOC, who embody grace and leadership, inspiring our community with their unwavering commitment and compassion. β and congratulations to the new Mom and Dad. A very special honour and blessing to Great Grandma Margaret as well. What a powerful legacy of faith and family.
On behalf of all of us at KCCC Foundation, we want to express our deep thankfulness for Pastor Marlinβs leadership, obedience to the call, and servant heart. We are equally grateful for the love, support, and commitment of the congregants of Maraisburg Family Fellowship. Your lives reflect the very message of Acts 10 β faith in action.
May God continue to bless, enlarge, and use this family and this church to reach beyond walls and into communities, just as the Gospel was always intended.
