Our Story

Every cancer is as unique as the person fighting it. At ROCSI we believe you deserve a team and a care plan that take those factors into account, treating you as an individual with your own hopes, needs, diagnosis and goals. Each patient is assigned a team of experts dedicated to treating your cancer while also using evidence-based supportive care services to help you manage side effects, maintain your energy and stay strong throughout treatment.

Our cancer experts commit their time and talents to treating every stage of the disease with a collaborative approach, a wide range of technology and tools and innovative treatment options. We'll work together to develop an integrative treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

ROCSI was founded by Dr Charles Serrurier when he noticed that there were no institutions that offered a specialized treatment plan, from the initial diagnosis of breast cancer up to the decision to operate and reconstruct the breast, that also offered the patient the emotional support that they needed. With this in mind he created a new model of care that changed the way oncologists, surgeons and other clinical professionals treat patients with breast cancer. ROCSI was born - a patient-centred approach to cancer treatment combined with a compassionate, nurturing environment.
