Every life, no matter how brief, deserves to be honored with love and respect. This initiative is our way of standing beside families in their time of loss, ensuring that every farewell is marked with dignity, compassion, and care.”

The service shall be rendered to everyone

1. Letter from ward councilor, or traditional authority)
2. Copy of parent/guardian ID(s)
3. Medical certificate of stillbirth (DHA-1663 form)
4. Proof of residence
