Did you know that a woman’s fertility naturally declines with age?
Here’s a quick breakdown:
👶 In your 20s:Most women have a higher egg count and healthier eggs.
⏳ In your early 30s: Fertility is still good but slowly starts to decline.
⚠️ By 35: Egg quality and quantity begin to drop more noticeably.
🕰️ After 40: Natural conception becomes harder, and the risk of miscarriage and genetic issues increases.

But here’s the hopeful part:
✅ There are options to preserve fertility (like egg freezing).
✅ Many women still conceive naturally later in life or with help from fertility treatments.
