Ek het die voorreg gehad om by die Bosveld VLU tak te praat Saterdag 18 April oor hul tema vir die jaar: "Jy is wat jy eet". Baie dankie vir 'n heerlike oggend saam met julle. Daar was 'n pragtige uitstalling van al die VLU items gemaak deur die talentvolle lede, pragtige gedekte tafels, vriendelike dames en 'n heerlike samesyn.

Ons almal ken daardie besige dae. Kosblikke moet gepak word, en voor jy jou oë uitvee, eet jy sommer net gou ’n broodjie.

Jy pak dalk ook vinnig iets vir werk, en dis dit.
Jou kop is so vol om alles reg te kry voor slaaptyd, dat jou gesondheid en jou gewigsverliesplan maklik agterweë bly.

Dis presies hoekom ons gaan gesels oor brood.
Ons wil dinge in perspektief sit:
🍞 Hoeveel kJ is daar in ’n sny brood?
🍞 Wat kan jy verander om beter keuses te maak?

Onthou, brood is nie die probleem nie.
