Weight loss starts with a decision to lose weight. That is the easy part.
After the initial decision, you need to make daily decisions about what to eat, how much, and how to make better choices, etc.
Decisions follow on triggers.
A trigger might be something like hunger, attending a party, feeling alone or bored. When you decide on eating / what to eat, it will lead to a feeling, which can be either positive or negative, and that will influence your behaviour and, as a result, (weight loss or weight gain) and only YOU can decide what you are going to choose.
Decisions that lead to a negative result will never ever lead to success.
