If youโve got goals to achieve, sacrifices need to be made. Like it or not, thatโs just the reality!
Some tips for you to win the weekend:
โ๏ธ Create a weekend routine. Without a plan, you will just end up down the old path of just winging it & that gets you nowhere.
โ Donโt let one โbadโ meal turn into a bad weekend, just get right back on track with your next meal.
๐ Look at your calories as WEEKLY instead of DAILY. This means messing up your diet one day wonโt make a difference if you stay in a calorie deficit for the week.
๐ถ๐ปโโ๏ธStay active. You will more likely make better food choices too.
๐ง Identify your triggers & try avoid them. What's throwing you off? a Friend that loves to party/ drink? or Tv + Munchies with your partner?
โค๏ธ and lastly: itโs OK to mess up!
We all mess up.
