Beyond the Change Foundation and Circle of Support Coalition are proud to announce the successful completion of the Narconon Africa Field Representative Training Program! Our team has been equipped with the knowledge and skills to drive positive change in our communities through Narconon Africa's comprehensive approach to substance abuse rehabilitation, including their renowned 4-phase program: Drug-free withdrawal, Sauna New Life Detoxification, Objectives program room, and Life Skills programs.

NARCONON AFRICA FIELD REPRESENTATIVE TRAINING PROGRAM

PURPOSE: INSPIRE PURPOSE AND PRIDE

Beyond the Change Foundation and Circle of Support Coalition recently participated in a comprehensive Field Representative training program at Narconon Africa. The training equipped participants with in-depth knowledge of Narconon Africa's mission, methods, and impact model, as well as essential skills in substance abuse awareness, community outreach, and institutional partnerships.

Key highlights of the training included:

1. Understanding the role of a Field Representative
2. Substance abuse awareness and support strategies
3. Effective community and institutional outreach techniques

Following the training, staff members from Beyond the Change Foundation were appointed as Field Representatives through individual appointments, empowering them to drive positive change in their communities.

⚖️YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM⚖️

📃Academic Evaluation & Final Exam Prep📚

Today, our selected team of 8 young girls from Beyond the Change Foundation's After-school initiative convened to compile comprehensive year-end reports for each attendee. The team worked diligently to analyze individual progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness across various subjects based on Term 1-3 academic results.

As we approach the final examination period, our Mentors are fully prepared to provide targeted support to our young beneficiaries. Over the next 8 days, our students will undergo intensive preparation to fill knowledge gaps and reinforce key concepts. We are confident that this focused effort will enable our students to excel in their final examinations.

At Beyond the Change Foundation, we remain committed to empowering our youth with the academic support and mentorship they need to succeed.
