Aan al my pasiente.

Dit is met n swaar hart dat ek julle laat weet dat my tyd by Weskus FamMed tot n einde kom in Desember. Ek en my gesin het n aanbod ontvang en verhuis einde Desember Ierland toe vir twee jaar.

Baie dankie vir al die ondersteuning die afgelope 5 jaar. Ek sal my tyd aan die weskus altyd koester.

To all my patients

It is with a heavy heart that I have to inform you that my time at Weskus FamMed will be coming to an end in December. My family and I have received an offer and will be relocating to Ireland for a period of two years at the end of December.

Thank you for all the support over the past 5 years. My time on the West Coast will always be very dear to my heart.
