☀️ Beach Day SPF 101 ☀️

Protecting your skin properly is just as important as packing your towel and sunnies.

Here’s the correct way to apply SPF when spending a day at the beach:

🧴 Apply generously
Use about a shot-glass amount for your body and a full teaspoon for your face and neck.

⏰ Apply before sun exposure
Put your SPF on 20–30 minutes before heading into the sun so it can activate properly.

🔁 Reapply regularly
Reapply every 2 hours, and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel-drying — even if your sunscreen is water-resistant.

👒 Don’t forget the extras
Ears, lips, scalp parting, hands, feet, and the back of the neck are often missed.

🌊 Layer smart
