As we move into a new year full of possibilities and opportunities for growth, we sit with our diaries as a blank slate, a gentle reminder that we are the ones writing the script of our lives.

As we move into the year with intention and purpose, it’s incredibly important to remember to take it slow. To pace yourself. To move cyclically with the pace of nature. She is our beloved teacher and she naturally has seasons of growth and expansion, as well as seasons of rest and retreat.

This year as you look at your diary and fill it with life, remember to plan pockets of stillness and spaciousness too. These moments of retreat allow us to remain nourished and live from overflow instead of depletion.
