December is 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. While sunscreen might not always be top of mind during holiday fun, it’s essential and remember to reapply every 2–3 hours, especially after swimming.

𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱:
• Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ or higher
• Reapply sunscreen regularly
• Wear a hat, sunglasses & protective clothing
• Seek shade between 11:00 – 15:00
• Don’t forget lips, ears, feet & the back of the neck

Also watch out for 𝗱𝗲𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀, including:
• Headaches
• Dizziness or light-headedness
• Dry mouth or lips
• Dark urine
• Fatigue or weakness
• Muscle cramps
