🌟 Meet Imogen – Our Newest Chiropractor at Centric Chiropractic! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome Imogen, who joins our team with a warm approach, a passion for movement, and a true commitment to helping people feel and function at their best.

Imogen graduated with a Master of Health Sciences in Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg, and she brings additional expertise as a Craniosacral Therapist. Her special interests include caring for sportspeople and athletes, supporting babies and children, and working within the area of women’s health.

When she’s not in the practice, you’ll find Imogen enjoying all things movement - gym, yoga, running, and pilates, keeping her energised and inspired.

Core strength is important for a healthy spine! Remember that your core consists of all the muscles that surround and support your spine from your lower back to your neck!

If your core is weak, it causes other structures in your back to compensate and work harder leading to injury and back/neck pain!

Keep that core strong in order to help and prevent back pain!
