Tough love new moon

Did you see the sky last night?
There is a new moon in Libra bringing the energy of renewal and clarity. Though it may feel like a rude awakening- bringing deep wounds & exposing fears of insufficiency to the surface - pretty much like that horror dream of arriving naked to a public space (thanks Scorpio vibes).

Let this coming to light bring healing. You are making space for more love within you, more truth and peace. Releasing the not-you that may have been festering for years. Stepping into your power.

Dog Spirit comes to remind us to know that we are loved through our evolution.

Dripping with Alchemy

Are you feeling the supercharged energy of Spiritual September coming to fruition in this Harvest moon? Building up to bloom, spiralling in to land, as our work ultimately always does, in our physicality.

Whether you are signing the deal (thank you 1 energy October) or behind on the paperwork (so many 9’s last month) - Spirit has an insight for you.

Here is our common ground:
On one hand we have the take no prisoners initiatory energy of the Mars moon (just do it), and on the other is the communicative spirit of the sun in Libra. The missing link for me is the Karmic aspect of Venus* which has landed in the physical: the body, money, possessions and self worth. One or all of these aspects may be coming up for you.

Think of it like this- Even if you are very BIG
Where do you feel very small?
It no doubt goes right back to when you were very … small.
How are you still in your smallness?
When did you agree with being small?
Why do you still agree with that stuck old story?

It is as though the full moon is shining a clear point of light on this one core place where we have sacrificed our sovereignty, and outsourced our intrinsic value. It’s a deep imprint - it’s place for Karmic clearing.

We can transform past pain into strength and wisdom. We are more than our wounds**. We can lean back into our Watcher energy and attend, perfectly empowered, from there.

So, wherever this energy is landing for you with the shrill scream of fear, notice it is actually an echo.

Though your determined dedication to your true identity - integrity - you can achieve clarity no matter the source of chaos.

Why was I woken up with Karen O shouting out ‘Heads will roll’?***
Because now IS ‘ Dripping with alchemy’
Because it’s now or never
Because it’s old interpersonal wound healing (Libra/Venus)
-and if we avoid the inner work it can get illogical and impossibly messy and angry out there in the world ( Aries/Mars).

Can you feel it?
As we pass the threshold of new
moon solar eclipse, finding separation between what was and what can be like separating sticky plastic and paper.

Spiritual September
Still dusted by the birth blood of the enchanting lunar eclipse - its sparkle remains on our skin, reminding us that magic and this world can coexist.

We are navigating the passage between eclipses, breathing our Soul Dream to life.

Are you noticing that with each step we are putting down past blocks? What feels clunky, stuck and boring is giving way to what feels uncertain, ungrounded, even spacey as we climb higher!

We must choose to clear the shadows of the past that obscured our vision, and be be clear about our alignment with Spirit.

Say yes:

✅ Affirm ‘I am willing to work with Spirit; I am willing to work with the energies of all that I am; I am willing to be part of the oneness of all”*

✅Rewire your neural pathways when they are most malleable in the alpha state as you stir from sleep. Regulate your breathing and imagine in detail the feeling, taste, smell, and sounds of your success! **

Chaos & Grace
As the new moon slices its sickle sliver through the darkness, we are asked to mirror such elegance of precision.

While your senses may be raw, navigating cliffs edge, still threatened by the jagged rocks biting into your unsuspecting toes… there is a careful line to your destination a few… no, one… moment away.

The past weeks may have left you tense, with what feels like unexpected attacks ultimately on your inner peace. As we close Mercury retrograde shadow*, we open to our first Virgo new moon**. Conversations with our conscience.

As we round the corner to the second half of the year, the idea of pausing for thought may seem incongruent. Probably about as comfortable as being stuck in a sweaty elevator with your schadenfreudenistic frenemy!

Let’s regroup with some deep breaths.

Think underhanded street fight with honour code of a tired toddler, all reaction, no responding and then- do the opposite*. Use the available energy to ignite what you do want. There is a generous helping of creative inspiration and drive on call. Like any investment, the expression of our vibration will grow. Whether you are communicating this to the Universe through your projects, relationships, or even internal dialogue. It’s all self expression**, and what’s under the microscope is your integrity to your personal code.

It’s all in a name

The name Third Thoughts fell out of the pages of Terry Pratchett’s book and into my heart at a time when I desperately needed inspiration. Physically facing a serious infection, and manifesting of all kinds of incongruencies in my life - I had birthed my son only months before and the signs were saying that my life was over.

I needed a space for deep inner reflection, inner healing, but mostly, transformation. An end to suffering over suffering. I remember a moment of clarity wishing no one to feel this pain. And so, Third Thoughts was born.
As a space for us to share.
A safe space where we could go deep.
As a catalyst to move from being stuck to inspired action.
A space for expansion.

The name follows the healing process. First we see simply see situation, name it. Then the mind comes with analysis, directed by habits, conditioning and compromises, and often takes us in a circle. But just beyond this, the magic happens. We break through to inner wisdom. Finding the truth through self-awareness, understanding, and new action.

Third Thoughts is my container, it is more than my name. It is a space where I combine my learned and intuitive healing, and add more - as real change requires healing on all levels; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It’s a space of integrative healing.

More than that, Third Thoughts is Soul Level invitation. Recognising that as we heal our thoughts and hearts, we achieve true integration as we shift the collective consciousness. Everyone of us healing the whole, the whole healing the one.

This thing all things devours*
The full moon brings revalations and strategy.

Trickster Time warns us to take nothing for granted as he giveth and he taketh away, it’s an immediate yes/no feedback on our actions. Is the task at hand an act of dedication to the challenge ahead?

Slipping through our fingers - losing things, focus, clarity to confusion and circular thinking when wasted, and deliciously expansive when not.

Time brings no drama or block, only patience, persistence and fluidity driving ever on. He asks the same of us. Like a great ship turning true North, your course may be steadily changing. The wake may be turbulent but keep the eye ever on the horizon.

🍀Simplify - identify 3 points of life focus, keeping those front and center as you drive relentlessly forward. Feel and know your purpose and path to be blessed.

Known as the Flower Moon Scorpio/Taurus axis brings a contradictory energy. I find less concerned with immediate pleasure but rather driving the transformation to align with your ultimate vision of a beautiful life, with the transformative with the edginess of Uranus changing what needs to be changed to match what can be a revalations of awareness.

Lately, I’ve been finding it hard to collect my thoughts into a coherent flow. So much flotsam and jetsam there is.

With so much inner and outer movement, true to the 9 Snake year, we are being asked to recognize fate and cross the bridge instead to destiny… eyes firmly fixed, letting all else fall away.

‘And so the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.’
Packing a bookshelf yesterday, two books jumped to this same quote by Anais Nin.

We are all in a stream of cosmic acceleration and synchronicity. Burdens reveal their true selves as blessings, and the staggering speed vs excruciating stuckness simply drives us on.

Our card for the moment is from the Megan Watterson’s truly Divine Feminine Deck - Ariadne. Both Goddess and human, she gave Theseus the sword to kill the Minotaur and end the madness of human sacrifices in her father’s labyrinth.
“Ariadne symbolizes the love and support available to us when we dare to be courageous … a symbol of the hope, the divine assistance, and the step-by-step process we can take to move through a difficult time or to confront an injustice in our life.” *
Ariadne supports us recognising and bravely cutting away what no longer serves us. This can be habits, pattens and of course limiting beliefs. She also provides the ‘red thread’ to find the way out of the ‘labyrinth’ of confusion, delusion and despair - onto the right path!

💫What can I be & do differently that will create a different result?
No matter where you are starting from, or how long what you don’t want has been in play- if you know where you are going you are already en route to it.

With so much sorting and releasing going on, you may be in your lane, but the guy in front just threw out his garbage and there is a fly and a butterfly looking at your head as a place to land.
The slipstream is quite messy, it isn’t always personal, and I’m noticing our bodies are taking strong hits.
