This new moon in Aries strikes the match of our fire horse flame.

But wait, not so fast, an itchy trigger finger can ignite your whole years fuel in one frenzied blast (see fuel prices - bad idea).

We weren’t born yesterday, after all Chiron moved into Aries on this exact day in 2018 - starting a 9 year cycle of healing; questioning identity, worthiness and our right to exist.

Little did our little 2018 Earth dog know, the smallest tug at our structures and security would cause the whole lot to systematically unravel. With the organised world collapsing magnificently in incredulous laughter - we come full circle - wondering what on Earth ‘we’ have created and looking in our pockets with shaky fingers for reserves of energy and the memory of calm.

Michelle McClunan calls this a ‘collective nervous system dysfunction’ or global fight/flight/freeze burnout.

As Mars mounts his fiery stallion, they may be full of beans but we will need to bring the brains. Some yin to their yang. If we want to actually plant these seeds and grow a magical future, it’s all about controlling and directing the creative fire - using the 6 planets/bodies in Aries to positive effect*.

Being a teenager now is a lot.

There’s constant input - school, expectations, screens, friendships, pressure to figure things out - often all happening at once, and rarely with much space to switch off. It’s not surprising that sleep can feel off, energy can dip, and emotions can feel all over the place.

Reflexology offers something simple but often missing. A chance to pause.

By encouraging the body to slow down and step out of that constant “on” mode, reflexology may help support better rest, improved focus, and a greater sense of balance. It’s not about fixing anything or having all the answers, but about giving the nervous system a break and allowing the body to reset.

For many teens, it’s one of the few times they’re not being asked to perform, respond, or keep up. Just to be.

And sometimes, that’s exactly what’s needed.

Tough love new moon

Did you see the sky last night?
There is a new moon in Libra bringing the energy of renewal and clarity. Though it may feel like a rude awakening- bringing deep wounds & exposing fears of insufficiency to the surface - pretty much like that horror dream of arriving naked to a public space (thanks Scorpio vibes).

Let this coming to light bring healing. You are making space for more love within you, more truth and peace. Releasing the not-you that may have been festering for years. Stepping into your power.

Dog Spirit comes to remind us to know that we are loved through our evolution.

Dripping with Alchemy

Are you feeling the supercharged energy of Spiritual September coming to fruition in this Harvest moon? Building up to bloom, spiralling in to land, as our work ultimately always does, in our physicality.

Whether you are signing the deal (thank you 1 energy October) or behind on the paperwork (so many 9’s last month) - Spirit has an insight for you.

Here is our common ground:
On one hand we have the take no prisoners initiatory energy of the Mars moon (just do it), and on the other is the communicative spirit of the sun in Libra. The missing link for me is the Karmic aspect of Venus* which has landed in the physical: the body, money, possessions and self worth. One or all of these aspects may be coming up for you.

Think of it like this- Even if you are very BIG
Where do you feel very small?
It no doubt goes right back to when you were very … small.
How are you still in your smallness?
When did you agree with being small?
Why do you still agree with that stuck old story?

It is as though the full moon is shining a clear point of light on this one core place where we have sacrificed our sovereignty, and outsourced our intrinsic value. It’s a deep imprint - it’s place for Karmic clearing.

We can transform past pain into strength and wisdom. We are more than our wounds**. We can lean back into our Watcher energy and attend, perfectly empowered, from there.

So, wherever this energy is landing for you with the shrill scream of fear, notice it is actually an echo.

Though your determined dedication to your true identity - integrity - you can achieve clarity no matter the source of chaos.

Why was I woken up with Karen O shouting out ‘Heads will roll’?***
Because now IS ‘ Dripping with alchemy’
Because it’s now or never
Because it’s old interpersonal wound healing (Libra/Venus)
-and if we avoid the inner work it can get illogical and impossibly messy and angry out there in the world ( Aries/Mars).

Dance till you’re dead - you are - it’s a rebirth.
