Transformation Journey: Rhinoplasty

Meet this beautiful young lady in her late 20's, who has wanted to augment her nose since childhood. She had allergic rhinitis symptoms and difficulty breathing through both nostrils.
Her nose exhibited several issues, including scarring over the nasal bridge due to scratching from allergic rhinitis, a dorsal hump, asymmetry, and a deviated caudal septum.

The procedure involved endoscopic sinus surgery and primary septorhinoplasty which included:
- Correction of the deviated nasal septum,
- Columela strut,
- Septal extension graft,
- Reduction of dorsal hump,
- Bilateral lateral and medial osteotomies.
She has now successfully undergone this transformative journey, leaving her thrilled with the results.
