When it comes to boundaries, they need to clearly defined for others to recognise access to you. Some struggle with creating boundaries because they feel it wouldn’t be right and they are filled with anxiousness, doubt and guilt with just the thought of saying no. This, however, comes with the cost of allowing others to take advantage of your time while leaving you exhausted, angered and saddened.

In order to achieve something, you have to be intentional about it and the one thing that we should be intentional about is our own health through self care.

Intentional efforts towards self care promotes healthy mood, a reduction in negative, reactive behaviours and helps with intrusive, unhealthy thoughts.
