✨ Little Reminder: Everything worth having takes time (especially your health). Here’s how to start small and build consistency:
💪 Move your body: You don’t need to smash the gym every day. A 30 minute walk, a yoga session, or even hitting 7k steps can do wonders for your heart, energy, and mood. Small, daily movement > random bursts of intensity.
🥗 Eat real food: Think Mediterranean style = fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, healthy fats, fish or olive oil. Limit added sugar, salt, and harmful fats to support heart and brain health. A little less sugar, a little more greens. It’s not about “perfect eating,” it’s about progress you can actually stick with.
Bonus: Meal prepping with high protein and fiber-rich meals (30 g/day) helps satiety, blood sugar, and long-term wellness.
🧠 Look after your mind: Stress builds up quietly. A clear purpose (“ikigai”) and strong social bonds promote resilience, well being, and longevity. Practicing mindfulness or just being present can also ease stress and improve reflection.
🤍 Build Self Care Across Five Dimensions: Self care isn’t just pampering - it spans physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual wellbeing. Build a plan with realistic actions, accountability, and relaxation strategies to prevent burnout and thrive.
🌞 Small Everyday Habits = Big Impact: Morning sunlight helps regulate sleep, immune function, metabolism, and focus. A post meal walk stabilizes blood sugar and uplifts the mind.
📲 Keep your phone in check: turn off notifications, set digital boundaries, or unplug before bed to protect sleep and mental space.
😴 Recovery & Preventive Wellness: Consistency matters more than extremes. Hit the sauna, try a cold plunge, stretch and be non negotiable about sleep.
