A simple tip, prepare a glass of water with a slice of lemon by your bed to drink first thing in the morning, as lemon supports digestion and boosts vitamin C. These simple habits set the tone for your whole year. 💧🍋

True body confidence isn't about shrinking, it's about showing up fully! This holiday season: Appreciate what your body does rather than obsessing over looks. Wear clothes that feel good now, not "someday" outfits. Speak about your body with the same respect you would use for a loved one.

You're more than a before-and-after picture. 💚 🎄

With eatForLife, weight-loss is the key to your overall wellbeing

“You are what you eat” is a phrase that we mostly use figuratively, but it is literally true. While you certainly won’t turn into a blueberry a la “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” after eating a blueberry, the influence that our diet has on our lives is far greater than we might think.

The eatForLife programme has been designed with this exact sentiment in mind. The programme is administered by qualified dieticians, and all franchisees are registered dieticians as well.

The focus of the eatForLife programme isn’t just weight loss, but rather an alignment of health in general. As such, participants may lose the weight they are looking to shake, but may also experience other health benefits, such as decreased blood pressure and cholesterol, decreased insulin dependence (in the case of diabetics) and an overall improved self-esteem. This is thanks to the low-GI diet that the programme is built on, in combination with an active lifestyle and a balanced approach to living.

There is no points system or weighing of food with eatForLife, and the programme aims to make your weight-loss journey one that is sustainable, enjoyable, healthy and easy to integrate into your lifestyle. Your personal goals and needs are the most important factor in creating a customised eating plan. eatForLife isn’t meant to be a programme that you approach alone, and your goals will be closely monitored by a qualified dietician throughout the process.
