Nog n mooi sukses in wording. Hierdie klient is n Tipe 1 diabete en haar eetplan is aangepas om by haar lewensstyl te pas dus verloor sy baie stadiger as die normale kliente maar het nogsteeds uitstekende sukses en hier is die bewyse.
Dames verloor gemiddeld 3cm per kg vet verlies

Haar verlies:
Bors 8cm
Middel 16cm
Heupe 13cm

Totaal 37cms

Sy het in totaal 12kg gewig verloor

Kyk net die verskil in haar bene - wat n transformasie sy het kniee gekry😁 is dit nie ongelooflik nie.🙏💕💪

Wys net waar n wil is, is n weg maak nie saak wat jou mediese omstadighede is nie🙏💕💪
