We need to learn to embrace our feelings and live in the pesent moment.
We need to note our feelings and learn to FEEL the feeling totally. Source is the ocean, and we are the drop in the ocean. We need to allow source to use this body, as source has no hands, arms and legs. We need to embody source and feel our emotions to the fullest. i have just launched the TRANSMUTATION PROCESS T.M.P.. to transmute feelings into better feelings.

I am mystical bev, and bring this process to you, that source gave me, with love!
This is a process to feel emotions that do not feel good. Emotions like fear.

For example, if you need money to pay for something and you are not sure of you have enough money in your account. Allow yourself to feel the fear fully. Keep feeling the emotion get stronger and bigger, and then when it is as strong as you can muster, in the present moment, say the following affirmation.

Try to feel the emotion as best as you can. And say the affirmation with feeling. If you still have not transmuted the negative feeling when you are done, then start the affirmation again.
