On the 27th of March 2026, Bornservant Prevention and Ke Moja teams performed substance abuse awareness outreach build-up activity for our Fun Walk and Aerobics event which is to occur on the 11th of April 2026. The teams managed to reach 348 community members with substance abuse information. Well done to both teams.

Bornservant is looking for an Ancillary Health Care Worker for a period of four (4) to cover for an employee going on maternity leave to work in the substance abuse programme environment.

On the 24th of March 2026, Bornservant social work department visited our service users who were at the bootcamp programme at Archteerburg in Krugersdorp from the 23rd to the 27th of March 2026 (5 days) and they spent almost the whole day with our clients. The programme was organised by SANCA Central in partnership with the Gauteng Department of Social Development (GDSD).

On the 21st of March 2026, Bornservant team joined mountain hiking against drug abuse hosted by Second Chance Recovery Centre in Mamelodi, Pretoria. After hiking, the team visited Moretele Park for braai and swimming. To God be the glory.

On the 17th of March 2026, Bornservant social work team had the support group sessions which is one of the aftercare services with the service users on how to continue to maintain their sobriety and learning to support each other through the sobriety journey.
